Written Words

I have always enjoyed writing from a young age, but I'm only now beginning to realise the power of words when it comes to engaging people's emotions.

Talking the Coast

In 2021, I walked over 300 miles solo around East Anglia's coastline to bridge the gap between coastal communities and the science community, part of a project initiated by the amazing ocean education charity Plover Rovers. En route I gave talks at local primary schools and scout groups to engage children in marine conservation, as well as having fascinating encounters with people who lived along this section of our coastline.
